Two ways of doing this, either by using the attachments button (please make sure your photo is resized to 800 pixels wide maximum) otherwise it takes up too much space on the small database we have. This can be done with any image software, if you need a free one Picasa is quite good. picasa.google.com/. The other way is host it on an image hosting site such as Photobucket. Click "Choose Files" Browse to where the files are on your PC, to upload multiple files hold "CTRL" and click each one. When all files needed have been selected click "Open". Under each photo you have four boxes click in the box named IMG, right click and copy the location to your clipboard. Come back to your post and where you want the pic to appear, right click and paste. Best size is between 600 and 800 pixels wide. You can change this either in phototbucket or in your image software (paint shop pro/photoshop etc.)

What part are you stuck on Mick? I'll edit your pic now and show you the difference. Cropped to get rid of the grass, resized to 800 pixels wide, uploaded to photobucket and the IMG link put on here.

What software do you use to view your images after you have uploaded to your computer?

I have no idea whatsoever....I just click the 'Photoalbum' site....I will go and look at this to see if I can answer your question . ps the photo looked better 'uncropped'....more balanced . Mick Have looked.....does 'Windows Photo Gallery' mean anything to you? Mick

For some obscure reason the ability to resize a photo was not included in the tools of said Vista program. Your best bet is to download Picasa and have a play with it. This option was included in the Windows Live Gallery, I don't know if it's available for download.

Mick, I've taken the wrong photo off, all you need to do is add the correct photo as an attachment again. Don't give up, we'll have you posting pics all over the net in no time.

Thanks Paul , I was concerned that the Father of the young Lad in the picture might have got upset....however have spoken with him now and all is now OK . Will try to attach the correct photo later . Just hope I don't end up with a holiday snap or wedding photo . Although I have to say that a photo of me lying on a beach is a magnificent sight . Mick
