Hi I'm Phil - Hello to one and All !! ;D
I've been a member of this club for about four years now and have enjoyed every minute of fishing the wonderful River Dee. My main Quarry is the Grayling and what a river to chase her on!!
Plenty of beats still to try out and some of the tribs so heres to another great year in CADAC. See you all on the River Cheers Phil

Hello, I live in Oxfordshire & have been a CADAC member for several years & because of the distance I like to stay overnight. The accommodation that I have used in the past has gone downhill but I met two anglers (one of whom was Brian Leadbetter) a few years ago who told me that a hotel in Corwen, where they stayed had reasonable rates. Does anyone know a decent hotel or b&b in the Corwen area?

Hello everyone, My name is Lyndon Ford, my father (David) and I have sent off our membership forms today so hopefully will be joining you on the river soon. I have lived just outside Corwen for many years and have always promised myself i would get round to joining CADAC. I am mainly a lake fisherman (Talyllyn, Brenig) but have some experience on rivers, mainly in Scotland, although I was a member of the Major Pool stretch of the Dee at Llangollen for a few years. Looking forward to my first brownie of the season! Also, just to let all you Salmon lovers out there know, I spent a few hours on a cold November day last year watching multiple Salmon jumping at the weir on the Alwen just below BetwsGG, hopefully a good sign for the year ahead!!! Tight Lines, Lyndon & David

The best way to introduce is with a joke - Man text his wife and says ; Honey im just going down Tailors once more and ill be home.If im not home in 20 minutes just read this text again!! From Brynrefail near Caernarfon, have been fishing on the Dee at Corwen for ? number of years, obsessed with Salmon fly tying and fly fishing. Also member on River Nith and Dwyfor. Also fished on Tyne, Tweed, Tay , Tummel , the Spey, Moy and in British Columbia!!I am an addict in need of more Salmon!!I return most of my seasonal catch, only keeping 1 or 2 silver fish for freezer 4 Christmas.Wish other fishermen did same!!

Hi Gwyn, I think I've seen you fishing with your younger brother and your grandfather on the Dee - were you fishing St Davids on Monday?

I forgot the introduce bit, I'm Matt and like Gwyn have fished Corwen for a number of years, the same rivers and have very similar addictions.
Hi Tango, how do you get a photo on your profile? I know I asked the same question on the last club forum but I've long since forgotten - an idiots guide would be great, for me anyway!
Cheers
